About the Conference
Assumptions: Innovation is essential for coping with the increasing competition during the times of globalisation, for preventing routine and supporting the creation of attractive workplaces. The observation of companies, which have achieved success, shows that they have a strong identity, a solid system of values, however still they have to constantly transform their offers, their management methods or customer service to adjust themselves to the changing market. The best companies are stimulating marketing changes by creating new products, offering new services or running innovative campaigns for their brands.
Aim: The aim of the Conference is to present to the SMB sector, especially to women managing their own companies (we patronise all polish women's business organisations) the ways of introducing new (creative) solutions for organisation, management, offered services or products or for the applied technologies, to show methods for project team-building and for applying lateral thinking. The programme (still being supplemented) is sent as an attachment to this message.
Organiser: Kobiety.pl Group – publisher of the first polish internet portal for women www.kobiety.pl (inauguration in Toronto, on the 7th of May 1997), registered in Daily Newspapers and Magazines Register VII Ns Rej Pr 2476/07 item Pr 14624. The company is a co-founder of the cluster www.multiklaster.pl and a member of Polish Platform on Mobile Communications and Wireless Technology www.emobility.pl.
